House Refurbishment, Blackheath

Full refurbishment of a mid Victorian house in a private road in Blackheath. The basement area was originally cellular, with little connection to the garden and a tight below stair access. The upper ground floor hall was enlarged and new stair incorpoarted leading to a newly opened out basement area forming a combined kitchen, dining and play area. A concealed utility and small study were also incorporated.
